Geotechnical materials include geotextile, geomembrane, geosynthetic clay liners and other geosynthetic materials used for landfill, erosion and other civil engineering applications. Industrial materials include vinyls, polypropylene, pvc, and other flexible materials used for tents, awnings, covers, inflatable boats, tarps, banners, flags, medical, protective safety garment wear and other industrial applications. All of our products are designed and manufactured in the USA. NOVAWELD-branded products include GT-100 Hand-Held Wedge Welder, GT-200 Semi-Automatic (Walk-Behind or Wheel Mounted) Wedge Welder, GT-500 Self-Propelled Automatic Field Wedge Welder and the GT-600 Fully Automatic Wedge Welder for factory fabrication of large applications. Note: Field wedge welded seams are 2-inches wide.

Industrial & Air Structure Covers

Vinyl, Reinforced PVC, CSPE, Polyproylene (20 to 60 mil). Machine seams in an accordion fold layout, moves along a track, feeds/splices standard 5-foot width material, requires factory floor layout of at least 10-foot width by 100-foot length. Can produce 100-foot by 100-foot cover in approximately 40 minutes. Seam widths vary from 2-inch to 6-inch with automatic overlap alignment control. For factory applications only. Single or Split Wedge available.
